We only project courses which are naturally gluten free, with no industrial or chemical interferences, preferably steamed, in a constant research of carefully selected raw materials, possibly locally sourced (farm-to-table), which produce not just the wellness but even the fun and the pleasure in hosts who taste them.

The wine cellar, very refined, result of a large investigation on territory, puts together the best red, rosé, white wines and prosecco of Campania, with a very exclusive choice of precious passito and house rosolio, which the hosts can taste with sugar cubes ah hoc.
Coffee is prepared just with the “cuccuma Napoletana” method, with a very special Kimbo blend.
Purified water is free for the hosts, who can also choose bottled water or the healthy water of Telese.
